- Community and Social Media: Develop strategy and manage tactical implementation of branded communities, organized social networks and company blogs. Successfully led team that launched Intuit’s Small Business Online Community and several of Google’s private and public Communities
- Content strategy and creation: Define strategy, write content, and develop plan for leveraging it on social networks, mobile devices, and websites… and for lead generation and lead nurture.
- Influencer definition and outreach: Define relevant influencers based on clients target vertical markets and enable clients to have a robust CRM system for keeping in touch with (and leveraging) influencers in their target segments
- Analytics: Experienced in managing large and complex data sets that leverages quantitative and qualitative information, which can be used to develop dashboards, reports, leaderboards, community or social media engagement metrics and models, and other analytics.
- Channel Strategy: Develop plan to integrate direct, indirect (VARs, Partners, etc.), Digital and Human (Influencer) channels to ensure there’s a measurable and coordinated plan to manage leads through the marketing funnel.
